Irish singer/songwriter Andy White is best known to American audiences as one-third of ALT, along with the Hothouse Flowers' Liam O'Maonlai and ex-Split Enz leader Tim Finn. However, White has been recording since 1986, even if his albums just began to find American release in the mid-'90s. His debut, Rave On, was a political protest album in the vein of Bob Dylan, addressing problems in Ireland and his native Belfast. White followed it with Kiss the Big Stone in 1988 before leaving London...
