Newark, NJborn Andre came up singing in his church, performed in musicals and plays, and developed his songwriting skills all the while broadening his taste in music prior to stepping out on his own. Signed to the EZ Deuce label, the throwbackminded vocalist released his first album, A New Song, in 2008. Prior to its release, he had opened for the likes of Brian McKnight, Musiq, J. Holiday, Jaheim, and the Temptations.
