HalfCuban/halfItalian pop singer Anamor released an album, L'Inferno o l'Anima, in 1999 under the name Cenere and participated in both the Castrocaro and Sanremo festivals before moving to Cuba and finally, Miami. It was in the U.S. that the idea for Anamor was born, and in 2007 she released the single "Damila Si" in Latin America, where it was met with enough success to convince Anamor to release it in Italy as well.
