    Pros: Informative, engaging, funny, well-made

    Cons: interviews with other experts would have been nice

    We live in such an age of selfish indulgence that we seldom stop to realize how much we are ruining the environment, and this documentary shows why we need to start doing something about it now, not in five or ten more years. Gore demonstrates throug...h pretty solid evidence that glaciers worldwide are diminishing and carbon dioxide is filling the air at an unprecedented rate. Though some didn't like Gore's semi-autobiographical moments in the film, I found they portrayed a human side to a prominent politician who has experienced injustice, pain, and loss just like the rest of us yet can still poke fun of himself in the process while trying to do something real and meaningful for a change (compared to Republicans!).     Pros: Shockingly True...

    Cons: None

    The movie made me aware of the implications of global warming to our lives and the environment as the whole. It is devastating on how human can just keep on ignoring the tell-tale signs of what's to come. The future generation will suffer from to...day's generation actions. It's sad, really sad. Al Gore's presentation cuts through the thick block of ice and shows the real truth of what's going on around us that we have been avoiding and ignoring for so long. Thanks Al! I will definitely tell everyone about this video. It is high time for us the people of the world to be awaken from our self-imposed ignorance of slumber. Read more Less
