lies, omissions, and prejudice
Pros: wide scope
Cons: deceptive and wrong
What can be said of a work that ignores the first five books of the Old Testament in claiming Judaism doesn't care about reward and punishment; mentions nothing about the 1967 origin of the notion of "palestine" and nothing about the war aginst Jews in the Middle East; publishes a map that shows Jeruslaem in a place called "Palestine" and discusses Bibles without mentioning the illiteracy of the committee that brought forth the King James? and that discusses the Dreyfus affair as if it had nothingto do with anti-semitism? The writers have panache and style, but this work should be taken with several grains...if not pillars.. of salt
