I Personally love JIm Morrison, I love his poetry. And for hardcore Doors fans...a must have. For those of you who just "like" the doors..stick to their best of and live collections

I love jim morrison. his voice is so ssensual and hypnotizing. he is the ultimate in creativity and innovation in music.it's too bad he didn't live longer to share his gift with the world more. my heart and soul goes out to him.

An American Prayer is a triumphant record that should be ultimately placed in the annals of rock/poetry fusion fame. It is a wild ride into the sometimes disturbing, sometimes comic, sometimes sad/mad, sometimes astonishingly genious mind of the modern poet Jim Morrison. Oh yeah, the music kicks ass, too.
