Pros: The story line

Cons: The grafic fights

This Movie is not for everyone! It was a little hard for me to even stomach. But all in all it had a very good story line to it. It really makes you think. But I will have to warn you.... if your not into viloence, DO NOT watch this movie. If you thi...nk you can handle it there is one part in the movie that even turns most men's stomach's. When you hear the main character say "BITE THE CURB"... if you don't have an iron clad stomach, TURN YOUR HEAD!!! It shows the whole thing and it is not a pretty sight. Pros: awareness on racism and descrimination

Cons: too much violence

American History X was an eye opener.Although people may be a lot open minded today, there are still some who practice descrimination. it may not be descriminating someone's race but it could also be a descrimination of sex or nationality or posi...tion or social status. descrimination does not apply only for those whites who hate blacks, or latins, or asians, or whoever. i guess descrimination is when you try to judge someone without even knowing him/her well. the moral is we should not judge other people because in the first place, no one is worthy enough to judge others. Pros: It really show how life is for some people on the out side of prison and on the inside.

Cons: It has a lot of violence and nudity in it and that means that a lot of people won't be able to see it for a while

I think this is one of the best movies that have ever been made. It has a lot of truth in it and may have helped a lot of people. Edward Norton is an INCREDIBLE actor and I hope to see a lot more of his work very soon. He has shown the best of his wo...rk early on in his career and he hasn't let up yet and I don't think he will for a while. All of his movies have a lesson to be learned and if you haven't seen a lot of his movies I suggest that you do ASAP. Read more Less

i thought this was an awesome movie because it touched on serious subjects. It actually made me cry:( it was quite realistic and moving in alot of ways...ed norton did an awesome job in this movie and i give him 10 stars hehe i loved it!!!
