America's Army: Rise of a Soldier PlayStation 2

Based on the U.S. Army's popular freeware recruiting tool, this console version of America's Army is designed to offer the authentic action and realistic roleplaying experience of earlier America's Army games, along with a nonlineal singleplayer campaign and multiplayer support for as many as 16 through an online connection. Players begin as any other recruit, in basic training, then can move to through specialist training on their way to becoming an Army Ranger. The roleplaying portions of America's Army are designed to demonstrate the challenge, pleasure, and honor of life as a soldier. The Operations mode of play is more actionoriented, as players take the firstperson roles of skilled soldiers in the field to accomplish a variety of missions. ~ All Game Guide
