A must see
Pros: Excellent screenplay
Cons: Some factual errors
A movie that ilustrates the life of one the biggest personalities in human history. It recieved 8 Academy Awards and for good reason. The movie is brilliant, making it a very pleasurable and educative way to spend 3 hours of your life.

The greatest movie ever! Amadeus is the movie of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and the court composer, Antonio Salieri's counterattack from his obssesive jealousy toward Mozart's gifted talent. The saddest thing about Salieri is that he is the one who distinguishes and admits his ability is nothing, comparing to Mozart's. However, he successes at the end to obtain his wish-to remove him from this world. Indeed, it seems his victory was guaranteed; however, he became the one who had to live longer to convey the Mozart's talent and great work to the world. Though he became what he wanted to be-a great composer, he could not the one who provides and carries God's voice through music. It was Mozart. Is he a real victim in the movie? I strongly recommend to watch it.

The life of Mozart seen through the eyes of the man who hated him more than anything on earth and did everything in his power to destroy him but still couldn't deny his talent.
This is brought to you by the same team that made 'One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest' and 'The English Patient'. They only make one movie a decade but they make a memorable one. Well worth your time especially if you're a music lover.Was this review helpful? Yes - No
