Mr.Capone-E is still trying to go to the top.

Pros: Latin gangster image, better beats from his last albums

Cons: He sticks to the same subject matter from his past albums, needs to work on rapping better

The hype for this album is bigger then Mr.Capone-E's ever growing "Ego Mania" problem. At last we have the new Mr.Capone-E album called "Always and Forever"(the original title was going to be called: Urban Predator) well Mr.Ca...pone-E is still gangbangin' on his album's to the fullest speaking on the hood life, women, groopies, sluts, cars and more hood life. Of course the best track on this album is the Dr.Dre produced and Nate Dogg assisted "I like it" but at the end of the song it only leaves the listener wanting more becuse the rest of the album suffers from the same "hoodlife", "women, groopies, sluts and more women" themes that are begining to become very boring,on various times of this C.D Mr.Capone-E Raps as if he is bored and does not want to be there and not to mention that many of the songs have very weak stupid hooks like the one from the track "V.I.P." that went: "Look at me/ I am a V.I.P./ Mr.Capone E is my name and Rapping is my game". His Rap skills have grown but he still needs to go to "Rapping School", this is a small sample of the "Rap skills" Mr.Capone-E says he has off the album "Always and Forever": "Yo yo check it/ Hi power respect it/ all the way up/ we are blowin up/ tell the haters that we are greater"It would have been great if Mr.Capone-E would have left us with a song that shed some insight on his REAL gangster life but we were only given meals full of Hood life burgers,Groopie ice cream and some bad tasting Cholo soda. Lets hope that on Mr.Capone-E's next album he learns from his mistakes because with so many Chicano rappers grabbing the Mic these days its only a matter of time before a real Chicano Rapper with REAL skills comes along and wipes the floor with Mr. Capone-E.
