Like the idea of a flight simulator game, especially for Xbox. But this game was a bit of a disappointment. Graphics were good, but the control of the aircraft was a little unresponsive.

If you can find it, BUY it... it's a great basic flight sim, with full replay of the action. Very cool and visually stunning game.

Best graphics for a flight game out there. Shadows on the ground look real. Game play is terrible on any mode but Ace controller. On Ace mode you are also able to preform loops, rolls or use your airbarkes to let other fighters fly past you, set engine speed, select between targets etc. Makes you feel like you are in a real dogfight. This makes it the most realistic. Every button has a different use. Look no where else but here for a flight game. Acquiring or buying the different aircraft is fun.

The graphics for this game are outstanding, however the flight controls are extremely unrealistic. You do get a great selection of aircraft, but you are unable to roll the aircraft. You cannot invert it, break right or left, and it takes the enitire flight experience away from the "turn & burn" aspect of dogfighting. Steering on this game is essentially pointing the plane left, right, up, down. The plane is pretty much on a swivel... you can bank the aircraft maybe 20 degrees at most. Very unrealistic flight, although graphics are outstanding. Rent this one.

When my mom bought me an X-box for christmas, I was overwhelmed! But then i saw that she bought Air Force Delta Storm and my heart sank. I didnt want to play any game where you fly around in an airplane. I wanted to be hittin the backcountry on a snow boarding game. But i was wrong. As soon as i started playing i changed my mind! The sound is perfect, the most realistic graphics ive seen. What im trying to say is this; Air force runs as smooth as a mustang gt. With one of my favorite story lines, a great challenge, and almost perfect graphics, Air Force Delta Storm should be your favorite game on X-box if you buy it.

It's hard to get into since the intro to the game is a bit lame. The controls are ok, but it seems that the planes don't fly like they are supposed to. You can't just turn to your side and pull up to make a really sharp turn. The selection of planes is cool. This is just an average game for the xbox.
