Like fellow drum'n'bass veterans Total Science, the Bournemouth trio of Dave Wallace, Kieron Bailey, and Brent Newitt has proved nothing if not multifaceted, with a compulsion to fully explore the breakbeat genre while providing a slew of releases for such unlikely bedfellows as RS, Moving Shadow, Polydor, Bear Necessities, and Botchit and Scarper. This second album for Moving Shadow drafted in an army of remixers to tackle tracks from Aquasky's preceding Bodyshock LP. Although these retrospectives included takes from both jungle compadres Sketch, Timecode, and London Elektricity as well as such breakbeat notables as Mr. Scruff, Adam Freeland, and acclaimed acid jazz chancers Corduroy, ironically the highlights come from the members of Aquasky themselves in the form of their "Agitator," which shuffles nicely around a two-key Rhodes.
