    Delicious food, easily prepared

    Pros: Easy to follow

    Cons: not ring bound

    I have been cooking from this book for a decade now. Recipes are great and easy to follow. The ingredients are easily obtainable in the West. The Moroccan tagines and lamb and chicken stews (bredies) are also excellent. My only complaint is the bind...ing, which should be ring-bound (as should ALL cookbooks!) Read more Less
