    Pros: Everything about the album is a pro!

    Cons: There are no cons!

    This is simply the greatest album in the history of music! The most beautiful music I have ever heard. I never thought I would use the term "spiritual metal" to describe a band or an album, but I think it works here. I hate to hear revie...wers compare this band to Pink Floyd or King Crimson. I'm sorry, but this band is second to none and in my opinion it's insulting to compare them to anyone!!!!! Read more Less

    Pros: Non-stop HEavy yet entangling riffs, and the buety of maynards voice

    Cons: What? on this album? no.

    Fantastic, For a bands second Release(Not counting the Opiate EP) Its pure Magic, No one can call them selves a music fan if they don’t have this album, If you buy nothing else of Tool, This should be it. Satisfaction guaranteed

    ok, if any one wants to buy an exellent albulm that u can listen to from track one to the end this is the one to get, out of all my cds this is my favorite this is money well spent you will really enjoy it!!

    Excellent throughout, it gets better with every listen. There are enough subtleties and intricate parts to keep you occupied for years to come. In short, a masterpiece.

    My drum teacher got me into tool and danney carey is an amazing drummer. maynard rites sick, deep, lyrics but their are alot of fillers the best song is 46&2 its better than lateralas!!!!! ITs freakin awsome!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Not as good as Lateralus, but damn close. A masterpiece. Tool put band's like OPM and Limp Bizkit to shame!

    Pros: Brilliant songwriting, drumming, vocals.

    Cons: Too much 'filler'.

    Tool's Aenima is a true modern masterpiece, as well as one of the most dark and disturbing albums of all time. The album retains a thoroughly upsetting tone throughout. Maynard James Keenan's vocals are aching and on the brink of collapse. H...e sings of such things as false martyrdom, desensitization, and selling out. These themes will fly right over more casual listeners. But those who choose to think more deeply upon listening will discover a completely new realm of music. That of which is a perpetual black hole of sound, with Maynard's voice shining through. A truly incredible album, one of my all-time favorites. Completely essential. Read more Less
