Irish singer/songwriter Adrian Crowley recorded his debut album, A Strange Kind, in 1999 after he'd spent a year living and performing in Toulouse, France. The album was selfreleased to little fanfare, but nonetheless attracted the attention of local music publications, and the video for the album's opening song, "Capricorn," soon saw regular rotation on the television show No Disco.
