    Pros: nice features

    Cons: problems getting fixed

    I'm sending mine in for repairs for the third time now. It's the same problem that I sent it in for the last two times. They keep sending it back saying that it is working properly, but it doesn't. It shuts off unexpectedly when operating... on the battery only. They say they ran extensive tests but it still shuts off like it did before. They say they can't do anything except for repair or attempt or say that they repaired it. I don't know what I'm going to do if it comes back messed up again. Read more Less
