windows expired

Pros: great laptop

Cons: can't use it

I purchased a new laptop in Feb 08 and the windows expired....now what the heck do I do with it, I wonder seriously after purchasing the 2 year waranty is it worth it if the windows is going to cost alot to get back up and running, cause i can't use any other windows or my warranty will be void...I didn't read enough before the purchase to know I'd only use it for 90 days till it was worthless to me with out the windows, I am living on disability income. so how do I now afford the windows that works my acer laptop and not voids my 3 yr warranty...HELP. My name is Rhonda Cole and I loved my ACER..Now it sits in a closet unused because I don't know what to do with it...USELESS as I said, HELP!!! I had to use my daughters DELL to email you with my problem.....How much to get the windows? Do I call and sit on hold for 20 minuts with no assistance and be so upset I give up? I can't hold a phone to my ear and never get assistance.
