    It's the details that ruin it

    Pros: Clear, nice range

    Cons: date time functions, no phonebook sharing

    Using this as two line SOHO phone. For the most part works just fine, although a bit expensive. My real complaint with this phone system - the day / time functions. The answering machine loses up to 12 hours a day most days. It just lost 10 minutes ...in the past 20. Not a power problem, I have checked my incoming juice and it is just fine both voltage and frequency. Oddly enough it keeps the day correct most of the time - it just randomly slows down it's clock. Other than that, I think it is a crying shame that these SOHO phones can't share a phone list between them, or store a master list on a PC. Read more Less

    Pros: nice small office unit

    Cons: It broke within months of purchase and the support was nonexistent

    I spent hours researching phones trying to accommodate our small office needs and was really happy with what I finally selected until within months of purchase the equipment started failing. We run a small law office and of course a phone is essentia...l to our success. When I made contact with the manufacturer to attempt to get a replacement, I was told it would be up to six weeks before I would be able to put my phone system back together. Now I'm searching for the pieces that appear to be malfunctioning and am having a hard time finding replacement parts. You can draw your own conclusions as to why I'm frustrated with AT&T.
