Axe Murder Boyz, better known as AMB, are an underground rap duo associated with Psychopathic Records, the horrocore rap label founded by and popularized by the Insane Clown Posse (aka ICP). Founded in 1999 in Denver, CO, by brothers Bonez Dubb (born Mike Garcia) and Otis (born James Garcia), the duo began its recording career on the independent label Axe Recordings. Releases on the label include Tormented (2000), The Galaxy (2001), The Down Low EP (2002), and Tha Underground Stylystiks Compilation Album, Vol. 1 (2002). The duo subsequently switched to the independent label Canonize Productions and released albums including The Unforgiven Forest (2004), How Far Will I Go (2005), and Underdogz (2005). Following this series of album releases, AMB was offered a recording contract with Psychopathic Records, a horrocore rap label based in Royal Oak, MI, that was founded by the Insane Clown Posse and includes a number of other acts such as Twiztid and Boondox. Blood In, Blood Out (2006), AMB's fulllength album debut on Psychopathic Records, was an underground rap sensation, breaking into the Billboard 200 album chart. The duo's followup album, God's Hand (2008), was released on the Psychopathic Records subsidiary label Hatchet House.
