Attempting to reconcile experimental 60's psychedelia and the intense indie rock of the 80's, AM Radio burst onto the scene in the late 90's. Getting their start in Brooklyn, New York, they recorded their debut album in 1999 but found no outlet for its release. Sitting on the recording, they refined their sound through the next few years until Viola Records released the EP in 2002.
