    Pros: sound nutritional principles

    This diet is very do-able. In the past, I've had a lot of success with the South Beach Diet. After having my second child, however, I don't have a lot of time to prepare meals, or $400.00 per week to spend on groceries. The Abs Diet is based ...on the same principles as South Beach, (blood sugar control, several small meals throughout the day), but it is much more practical, and budget-friendly. There is definite focus on quick and easy meals that require little to no preparation. Eating six times a day means you're not hungry, so you're much less likely to cheat.     Great book that explains all the different diets out there and the pros and cons of each. Not so much a diet as just a way to change your eating habits and your life.
