ABC Monday Night Football is a slow-moving title that will fail to excite pigskin enthusiasts; although it incorporates original features such as 'Power Play,' -- where players rapidly tap buttons to score an automatic touchdown -- and digitized voice clips of host Frank Gifford, it's missing numerous smaller features such as player substitutions, injuries, penalties, and even an official pro football license. Visual presentation is this title's strongest point, with a smartly placed perspective, smooth mode-seven scaling and detailed, well-drawn fields and players.
