A Time to Kill
Pros: Great movie, story and cast.
Cons: 2 sided dvd!?
This is one of the best John Grisham's novels to movies. But the DVD is a 2 sided stupid idea.
You have to flip the dvd over in the middle of the movie. The first half of the movie is on one side and the rest is on the other. This is the first time I've seen something this stupid in the DVD realm.Was this review helpful? Yes - NoA Time To Kill
Pros: Excellent Cast, not afraid to address important issues
Cons: could have been 5 - 10 minutes shorter
I'm not used to seeing Asley Judd with Blonde Hair, but she still looked great. Matthew McConaghay was a sincere and passioante character. Steady performance from Sandra Bullock. People need to step up to the plate, as did Matthew McConaghay.

i am only 15 years old and i watched this film in school in an english lesson and it is by far the best film i have ever seen. ever since i watched it 2 years ago, i have been searching everywhere to buy it but cudn't find it anywhere. sandra bullock is brilliant in it and it teaches me alot about discrimination. i will definetely be buying this vidoe as it is the best film i have ever seen. i recommend this to people of all tastes and i give it 10/10.

yea i really dont recall if i saw this one or not,but whats the differents as long as sandra bullock is in the picture,im sure the box office will sell,sell,sell.

This movie is one of my favorites! I love McConaughey and Bullock. Jackson played a wonderful role! The movie portrays all different aspects, and I highly recommend to anyone!

This movie is fantastic. One of the all-time great dramas. The actors really get into their characters and are quite successful in suspending our disbelief. Samuel L. Jackson is masterful as the father of the victim and the closing statement given by Matthew McConaughey is nothing short of brilliant. A MUST SEE!

great story and great acting plus real emotions. this is a great film with a heart. it twists you up inside because although its not right to kill for revenge would you do it for family? i would recomend this to anyone with a family or a heart. Spacey and Mcconnhey are great!

This movie was so very awesome! It is one of those movies that can really happen in real life. Also, it was a present-day movie. I am sure I would have killed them too. This is my favorite drama of all time. The all-star cast performance is wonderful. If you haven't seen it you should.

A bitter twisted piece of evil. This Grisham rip off tries to convince the audience to sympathise with revenge killing which I find disgusting. Sure if somebody murdered my daughter i'd want to kill them too, but does that make me right? does that mean the loss of my child will be any less if im covered in the blood of their killer? These questions are left to rot in this tacky spiteful movie, set as always with Grisham, in the friggin south, where evil seems to be mandatory, and everyone is forced to drawl like

I am a big fan of Matthew McConaughy and love all his movies. This particular movie was a mind blower, it made me cry my eyes out. This movie was great and the whole moral is the racism going on in the world today, which has to be banned because it just causes heart ache and pain for those who matter. I wish I could make a difference in the matter but just one person does not do the job, so please see this movie with a open heart and open mind and think of what you can do to make a difference for the world...Thankyou...Angel_

This movie is a reality check. It asks you to look inside yourself and see how you value another humans life. Jackson is wonderful.A must see for all purposes and colors if you know what I mean!

The acting was very good for this movie. It portrays the souths rude attitude of hate towards black folks. The movie is sensitive about this and plays it out well. The ending will cause you to shed a tear. Makes us all think that we are all one.
