Great film of a greater man
This is easily one of the best films ever made, if for no other reason than that it faithfully portrays a man, St. Thomas More, and his martyrdom for the truth. In an age of comprimise, this film stands as a testimony to being true to principles at all costs.
As a film, it is well acted and well directed. More's humorous side is not emphasized, but a man for all seasons is not easily summed up in one film. Still, the film has few equals for its power to inspire. Highly recommended.Was this review helpful? Yes - No
