Synopsis: A Clockwork Orange (1971)

Stanley Kubrick's dystopian masterpiece is set in the near future where urban thugs run wild and new methods of crime deterrence are being explored. Career gang member Alex (Malcolm McDowell) is nabbed by the police and offered the chance to a commuted sentence if he undergoes a kind of surgical therapy. One where his brain does not allow him to execute his violent urges.

    It's the best film i've seen so far in my life.It's an extremely ironic movie with grate sence of humour,perfectly directed and grate music backround.Of course some more violence wouldn't harm but it was still grate.Malcom McDowel was so incredibly r...ealistic that past right through me.I don't want to call him an actor,it's to litle.He has the most inconcivable look!I don'tknow you,but the only thing it gave me,was peace.     Cons: sick

    The first time I saw this movie, I was young, innocent, and nieve. I hated the movie; thought it to be for those only with deeply disturbed minds. Now maybe I'm disturbed or maybe just aware, this movie is a solid example of potential. It display...s the potential of the main character through out the film, but most importantly; measures the potential of the viewer. Read more Less
