    911 Paramedic is the must have reality game for anybody that is in Emergency Medical Services. Work your way up the ranks from EMT Basic, to Paramedic. Deal with shootings, diabetics, and bad traumas. Graphics are vivid, to say the least, and I recom...mend that you should have experience in EMS to buy and really understand how to use the game.
