    The 2 other people who wrote reviews for this mattress have it all wrong. First of all they treated this like an air bed and tried to put it back in the box after they used it. This is not an air bed. This is a regular mattress. Once you get it out o...f the box it will expand to a normal sized mattress. It is made to be your bed from then on. It is best to not use this with a box spring and instead have it on a flat surface. My husband built a platform for it and we use storage underneath. Fantastic! We have had this bed for a few months now and I think it is wonderful. It is very comfortable and conforms to your body. It give great lower back support, let me tell you. I sleep much better now and wake up feeling much better.. gone are the days where I wake up and feel sore and have to pop my back. This bed is "soft feeling" but I don't know how it could be memory foam and not be.....Don't worry about this being so much less expensive than the high dollar memory foam mattresses....this is well made and durable. I bought mine from walmart and have not had problem one with it. Read more Less

    Pros: firm, supportive; inexpensive

    Cons: too hot

    My husband has been getting much better rest on this brand memory foam mattress. We love that it's so firm & supportive, yet soft to the touch. I, too, like the way it feels. However, I've been having difficulty getting a good night's re...st so far in the 5 nights we've had it. Part of the problem is the mattress seems to be retaining & eminating so much of my body heat. Somehow, I'd like to find a way to alleviate that problem...a different mattress topper or satin sheets? The price is so affordable. We would have loved to have been able to purchase the Tempurapedic brand, but it was thousands of dollars more! There is an issue with the smell. We let the mattress air out for a day, but it seems that wasn't enough. After 5 days, the mattress still has that mildewy foam smell. Overall, I'm glad one of us is getting a good night's rest.     great sleep for cheap

    Pros: Best sleep i've ever had

    Cons: smells when it's brand new, gone after a month or so

    I bought this mattress about 6 months ago and use it for my primary sleeping surface. The reviewer below me is right on as far as saying that you need to set this bed up on a solid surface, and not a box-spring. The mattress consists of a very thick ...bottom layer of polyurethane foam, and a top later that is a very high density/quality memory foam. These two layers are basically a compressed version of a traditonal box-spring and mattress. I purchased the South Shore Full Platform bed as well for only about $90, and have been very happy with the setup. The only drawback maybe the chemical smell that the mattress emits for a couple of weeks or so, but nothing strong enough to keep me up at night. Read more Less

    Worst Mattress Ever!

    Cons: Uncomfterable and hot

    This was the worst mattress I have ever slept on. I think I would have rather woken up in a gravel bed then this mattress. I have always heard good things about memory mattresses being good for helping your back pain...in the case of this one...it ma...de it WORSE! I've had it for a week and can't wait to take it back. Every single morning I have woken up in some weird twisted position with intense back pain that has almost made me not be able to function, not to mention the fact that it holds body heat like a kitchen burner. This would probably be nice in the winter when it's cold out, but not in the summer. Overall...it sucked...save your money and buy something nicer. I wouldn't even recomend this as a mattress for a guest room, unless of course you hate your guests Read more Less

    Pros: looks good

    Cons: 6 months and a 1 1/2 inch hole

    They warrenty the bed but only after it is at least 2 inches. when it 1 1/2 after 6 months I can't recommend this bed. It was to hard for me right away but my husband liked the firmness. I put a topper on it.

    Pros: GOOD FOR WINTER MATTRESS HOLD HEAT SUMMER MAY BE A PROBLEM

    Cons: VERY HARD MATTRESS

    ITS TAKING SOME TIME TO GET USE TO THE MATTRESS. I BOUGHT A DOWN FEATHER TOP TO GO ON TOP I HOPES IT MAKES IT A LITTLE SOFTER. I HAVE NOT TRIED IT YET, I'VE BEEN SLEEPING IN MY SPARE BEDROOM.
