Pros: fast and effective
Cons: have to work into it
These workouts were great. I was introduced to them in the Army in 1996. They are highly effective...I dropped 20 pounds and looked great after only a month. They are quick, only 8 minutes for each, so they are easy to fit into your schedule. The only down side is that if you are out of shape, you have to work into all 8 minutes...trust me...but after a few times you'll be able to work all the way through them!
