    This movie was phenomenal! I'm not usually the biggest Eminem fan (no offense, anyone), and it wasn't really about his life, per se, but it was, and the movie portrayed a lighter side of his personality that's not so obvious from listeni...ng to his music (particularly his older hits, such as, "My Name Is" or "The Real Slim Shady). This movie was touching, engaging, and interesting. It was a chronicle of life growing up on the streets of Detroit just as much, if not more, as that of Eminem's earlier life. Read more Less

    Pros: Hot Hot Hot Eminem and Cute, Trashy and Sexy Britany Murphy

    Cons: Lots of Gangsta Talk, ick

    8 Mile was a really decent movie, and that's saying alot considering I fricking HATE rap music. Rap "battles" etcetera are totally retarded, and I can't stand kids who sit around and actually participate in them (though I guess it&#...39;s better than dealing drugs). But one unexpected turn of events was Eminem's HOT sex scene with Britany Murphy when they are in the steel making factory thingy. Wow, so wicked hot and true to life, some good acting (though I don't think they were doing much ACTING, if ya know what I mean..). Also, if you like Eminem's music, there's a bunch of it in there, and on the DVD, there is a bonus full length video of one of his perty good songs, with lots of him taking off his shirt. Mmm. Melts in your mouth, not in your hand. Yikes. Read more Less
