    Awesome show

    By Yahoo! Shopping User  Sep 5, 2003 | 1 out of 1 found this 24 - Season 2 (2002) review helpful

Be prepared to spend 24 hours straight watching this one even if you've seen it on TV. Can't stop this show long enough to go to the bathroom.

Better than series 1. The story telling is much smoother in this series. Excellent.

If you don't watch 24, you don't know JACK!!!!

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Feb 22, 2006

    Pros: Too many to name!!

Cons: Your kidding right?..non at all!

As most of you may have read in my review of Season 1, I'm hooked on this show!! As I said before, and I'll say again, this is one of the most amazing shows out there today!! The use of real time has you feeling as if your right there next to... Jack on all his adventures! I'm still in the process of finishing season two(2) up, but from what I've seen so far, it's great!! If your not watching 24, you have no clue what your missin' out on!!! Oh, as I said before, the only way to understand the show, is to start from season one(1) as I did, otherwise, you'll be totally lost. So, get going, if you can't afford the whole set right now, see if Blockbuster as it in...LOL, well, that's how I'm able to watch season two! Overall, as with the first season, this is a series that NEEDS to be in your collection!!! Read more Less

    24 - Season Two (2003)

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Apr 29, 2005

Pros: Just keeps me on the edge of my seat

    Cons: None

I am a big fan of 24. It is a great escape from "reality" and feeds the fantasy of a "superman" federal agent that can do what needs to be done. This is pure fun.
The supporting cast is also wonderful.

    Television Perfection on DVD

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Apr 25, 2005

    Pros: Everything

    Cons: Nothing

When 24 started it was amazing, but i dont think anyone could have imagined that the second season would have been just as good, if not better. The DVD collection has all 24 episodes, plus extras including over 40 deleted scenes and commentary. But w...hen you buy this you wont be buying it for the special fetures, you'll be buying it because it is the closest thing to perfection on TV put on to DVD format. Read more Less

    Another day for Jack Bauer

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Apr 9, 2005

Pros: Both Jack and Kim go through another day of hell

Cons: Will Jack ever get a break?

Wow, you watch Season 1 and you begin to see what kind of life Jack Bauer has. You see how hard being a government agent can be. And just when Jack thinks it over, it's not. Day 2 starts a year and a half after Day 1. Jack no longer is working fo...r CTU and he is suffering from Teri's murder and Kim is estranged from him. But the call from Palmer plunges Jack into another day of hell as he tries to stop a nuclear bomb. The two best parts in the season is when Jack is flying the plane with the bomb on it and he gets one last chance to talk to Kim. He tells her that he has to crash the plane and will not make it out alive. Kim starts to cry and apologizes for the way she has treated him, but Jack says "Sweetheart, anything that ever happened between us wasn't your fault.'' He pledges his love her and tells her "I want you to live your life. I want you to grow up into the person that would've made your mom proud. Promise me that.'' Kim promises. Just as Jack has to hang up he says his goodbye. "I love you and I will always be with you. Always. Goodbye.'' Luckily, Mason, who snuck onto the plane says "You wanna do what's right? Then you take take that parachute and you go make things right with your daughter and find a way to forgive yourself for what happened to your wife. You go on serving your country. That'd take some real guts.'' Jack listens and jumps out the plane. When he lands, a mushroom cloud is in the air. The second best part is after Jack and Sherry attempt to stop Kingsley. Jack is lying a stretcher and sees Kim and holds his hand out for her. Kim runs over to him, crying. Jack tells her everything's alright. Kim kisses her dad on the forehead and says she will take care of him. Jack happily closes his eyes. Anyways, Season 2 is probably my favorite season between all four. After watching it so many times, you think that Kiefer Sutherland doesn't exist by that name, his real name is Jack Bauer. Read more Less

    NOTHING IS THIS GOOD!

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Nov 17, 2003

Pros: Characters, visual effects, sound, script

Cons: Men as spouse/child abusers; PC premise

Every minute is must see, have to see, gotta see. Almost 18 hours, but another 18 hours would not have been too long. Not even omnipresent political correctness dents this masterpiece. Characters are exceptionally well cast and developed. Souther...land is remarkable amid an incredibly deep supporting cast. Anything that can happen, may happen. Visually and accoustically stunning. If you only like Indiana Jones, you will LOVE Jack Bauer. A though act to follow. Read more Less

Season 2 Brings Out Best On TV And Movie Screen

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Nov 10, 2003

Pros: All Acting, Action, and Plot

Cons: Why doesn't Lynn use her cell phone when she's trapped in the room?

By far, the most compelling season of television that has EVER been made. Not only is it superior in acting and suspense, but Season 2's plot is phenomenal. If you don't see this, YOUR LIFE IS NOT YET COMPLETE.

By Yahoo! Shopping User  Oct 7, 2003

Pros: Great acting, action packed, many twists and turns

Cons: None that I can think of!

Season 2 is just as good as Season 1. I watched it during the regular run and couldn't wait to get the DVD's to watch it again, which I did in less then 2 days! Just couldn't stop watching. Get comfortable on your couch or favorite cha...ir and don't make any other plans! The cast did a spectacular job...can't wait for Season 3 to start. Read more Less
