    If you have never listened to the songs on this album, then you have really missed some good story songs and some wonderful music. Can you imagine the love that was put into IOU for his mother? I now have 4 of the movies he was in (not necessarily a...s the star), 6 45's, 1 cassette (20 Great Story Songs), 4 CD's, 24 LP's, and I am still searching for more.     I enjoyed this CD. The song "Steel Away" was
    especially moving for me. He has put a lot of feeling into his songs. The background music is
    perfect for each song.

Even though these aren't the original hit versions, fans may still be interested in Dean's cover versions of Tom T. Hall's "Old Dogs, Children and Watermelon Wine," Kris Kristofferson's "Sunday Morning Coming Down," and "Ringo," originally a hit in 1964 for Bonanza star Lorne Green.
