18-Wheeler: American Pro Trucker Dreamcast

In 18 Wheeler: American Pro Trucker, players take on the role of a big rig driver trying to make it across the country as quickly as possible and deliver goods ahead of their rival trucker Lizard Tail. The Arcade Mode of the PlayStation 2 version contains the entire original game, including all four stages that represent the highways and interstates of this country. Players will have to try and hit as few objects as they can to keep the value of their cargo up. There are black vans to crush for time bonuses, and if players can finish before their rival, they'll get bonus points. In between stages, players will have to park their rigs in tight areas, making sure they knock down as few of the surrounding objects as they possibly can.

Also included are several different additions that seek to enhance the replay value of the title. First, there is a Parking Mode that offers players the chance to park their rigs without having to race. This mode offers a number of different scenarios and a wide variety of difficulty. There is also a mode that opens up a new track for players, letting them try and finish the track as quickly as possible.
