    this album is a true work of art

    Pros: verry artistic

    Cons: the popular country scene didnt accept it all

    although this album has more or less been shunned in the popular country music world it has become a cult classic. as a kid in high school all we did was listen to this album because of the realness behind it. in other genres of music this album woul...d be accepted and loved for what it is. an artist sharing whats on his mind without concern for who it might offend. that is what triggered this whole outlaw movement in country music. look at merle and okie from muskogie. that was everything but artistic suicide. take jonny cash doin whatever it was he wanted. kris kristoferson, willie. all these artist basically tried to kill their musical career but the more they pushed the envelope the more the fans loved them Read more Less
