Outstanding Vocals Instant Classic
Pros: Vocals, Melody
Cons: Some Songs were mediocre
112 came onto the scence manifesting that they have the talent as those before them such as, marvin gaye, smokey robinson etc. Excellent cd amazed me that they were signed to Bad Boys Record label

Pros: Strong Solid Songs
Cons: Too Damn Slow
112's eponymous debut was a creamy subtle affair. Strong writers, muscianship top notch and solid vocal expertise. Their look is pristine. Only problem with this cd is that it is too plain. Snoozerville is the appropriate term. Too many samples, too many ballads. I understand that they are being true to themselves, but I feel that they can take a few risks. The tracks put me to sleep. I want to be able to dance and sing, not snooze and lose. Why is it that all Bad Boy Acts use samples? They are no different. They use samples that people know of and it is sickening to death. What's wrong with Puff or Diddy? Is he not creative enough without using someone's sample.
The album is good, but could be better.

This cd is a must have.the cream-colored/off white-colored art work.this cd starts and ends in perfect harmony.the hottest & smoothest slow songs.if you are the type to sleep to slow music,play this cd all the way through.112's best work

Track #3 Pleasure and Pain is one of the BEST songs on this album! I really hope that is Daron singing lead because I love him the most! I also love #13 I will be there, another Daron song! They are the best!!!!!

words can hardly express... special album, one you can just let play, no whack songs to skip over, just pure smooth r & b with just a bit of bump to it, no thug stuff like they're trying to do now. i would list the perfect songs, but there's like 10 of them. the only mediocre song is "you are so special" and i've even grown to be able to listen to it.

This LP is great, every song is a masterpeice and deserves credit. From the hip-hop monsters like "Only You", to the ballads like "cupid" and I will be there" if you dont have this one and you are a fan of any R&B, you should get this album.

I love 112 and their music. They can sing. I've been a fan of them since when they first came out back in '96. My favorite songs from this 112 CD are the intro,Cupid (especially),Call My Name, Come See Me, I Can't Believe, Just A Little While, and their mega-smash hit"Only You"

I love the group 112. They are four of the most attractive men today, and four of the most talented. I'd recommend the album 112 to anyone, and for any true lovers of the group the Room 112 album is a must have as well.
