We polled the top makeup artists at Iman, Laura Mercier, MAC, Maybelline, NARS, and Revlon to find lipsticks, eyeshadows, lip glosses, and blushes that match every skin tone.

“A rich fire-engine red, one that’s not too blue or too orange, complements all undertones,” says Chambers.

Adds Westman, “Fuchsia is a universally flattering color whether it’s lipstick or in stain form. The bluish tones are pretty, wearable, and flattering!”
