I am sad to say that I am very dissatisfied with this merchant. I order a flight simulator on 0ctober 27, today is November 9 and still the package is nowhere to be found even though the delivery was to be 3 to 7 business days. Every time I call customer service they blame the UPS guys. Today I called and they gave me another tracking number. Again I cannot track the package, UPS says that yes the label was printed but no package was actually delivered to them. The customer service guys told ...

Very fast shipment, all items included, good prices. The only extra I could ask for is to be able to track orders online, however their customer service was very prompt in anwering my question by email.

I was a little unhappy with how long it took to get my package in the pipeline to get it to me. Also it took a long time before I got my tracking information. When I did receive the package it was in good condition and the people at eHobbie were very nice on the phone and glad to help me with a few small problems. I will buy from eHobbie again.

Very fast delivery, good in-stock record, fast response to email question. The only flaw I find is the lack of current order status on the website---I had to email a question about this but did get a very fast reply. Shipment has always been made on the second work day after placing the order, which is very satisfactory.
