Excellent customer service is rare these days. I accidentally provided the wrong zip code for a gift purchase and didn\'t realize it until I received my first e-mail from the package delivery company, providing their specific tracking code and destination (it was not my intended destination!). I immediately called the delivery company and they said that the package had not yet been picked up and I needed to call the merchant. I sent three e-mails to find out what was going on with my order, I never received a reply, I received a phone call two weeks later to inform me that they only had one bottle of one of the perfumes I ordered, (I ordered five bottles of each, for a total of $100), that\'s when I cancelled the whole order.

The product was exactly what I ordered and arrived intact in well protected packaging. However, time from order to delivery was excessive. The product was ordered on October 9, but was not shipped until October 15 -- nearly a week later. Due to the fact that the product had to ship across the country to my location, it was another week until I received it on October 23 -- for a total of 2 weeks between the order and receiving the product. The time to ship across country was understandable, ...

Ordered 2 bottle of CASUAL by Paul Sebastian. Neither bottle will spray the perfume. Are you going to send me 2 bottles that work properly??? I expect you to pay the return postage on merchandise that does not work. Carolyn

They sold me-The Real Thing-and not what another tried to sell me- a fakeitem made in the USA with "US Made" on it when it should come from Bermuda! I don\'t like sellers of fake items!-This company was very good. I will shop again with them!! PS: My computer did like this site on its security settings!
