Terrible experience with Ambercity. We bought an ultrasound machine as listed on Ambercity's website through Yahoo shopping. Only to find the amount refunded on my credit card a few days later. They did not contact me about this. I e-mailed customer service asking what the problem was. They e-mailed back stating that: "You have bought SOUNDHEAD 5 cm 2 for Intelect Ultrasound system and not an actual Intelect Ultrasound System. Please let us know if you bought item in error and you ...

Ever since the first order I\'d placed with AmberCity, I was impressed with the promptness of delivery and the courteous customer service department. I placed my order on one day in the late afternoon and within two days, the order arrived! The package was in excellent shape and I was again impressed by the service. Keep up the good service! I was surprised to learn, however, that the shipping price went from $11.45 to $18.95; it is doubly hard to have to pay the extra $7.50 during these hard economic times. That being said, though, I am still very happy with Ambercity and will continue to order supplies from them.

More than pleased with their service. Low shipping prices and fast shipping. I got a call back the day after I placed my order to let me know an item was out of stock,but they will replace it with a similar item at the same price. Now that\\'s great service. Excellent prices with very low shipping rates. I highly recommend dealing with this company.
