UPS ground delivery required an in-person signature. Not only was this an inconvenience, but it was a surprise. I needed to redirect the shipment to my work address to take delivery. UPS now charges a fee for this which was another unpleasant surprise. Additionally, the UPS web-site was not very user freindly for this process; phone calls were needed to complete the process. Price was excellent, but the memory of the significant delivery hassle may be enough to keep me from re-ordering.

I was very excited to find my hair products for a good price at this store. NOT WORTH IT! It took a full 2 weeks to process and ship my order, then I received the wrong item. I am very disappointed with this store and won't be doing business with them again.

My order took over 10 days to ship. I have ordered from them before an it never took that long. I wrote in an email asking what was going on with my order and never got a response, but my order was shipped the next day.

This is the second time I have ordered from sleekhair.com. I will continue to order from them in the future. Their service is great and the price of the product I ordered was, by far, the best I could find.

I\'m very frustrated with this merchant. I placed an order and received my confirmation. They said my order shipped but I still have never received it. I sent an email to say I didn\'t get it, they said I needed to contact the US Post Office. Which has turned into weeks of run around. The USPS finally responded when I was so frustrated and said that the sender has to submit a claim as if the package was stolen. Then when I called Shampooline to tell them this, they are saying it\'s ...

I had a wonderful experience! I was a little concerned, as I had not received shipping information after a few days. I contacted the seller and they immediately emailed the tracking information, and the product was there the next day! Great service, perfect price, awesome product!

product was placed on back order, I had to call customer service to find this out. No information has been posted re my order, no contact made by the company. 2 weeks, product still has not shipped, yet they have placed a hold on the money from my account twice. Very frustrating, will not deal with this company again. Customer service number has no extended hours, hard to reach because of this. In this economy, customer service means everything. Poor customer service = poor sales.
