I have used Dot Com Magazines several times and I am very pleased. Their customer service is great. Very quick to help and answers email immediately. They are superb!

I ordered Outside magazine but the same day I ordered it, my fiance told me she had recommended the magazine as a gift idea. I contacted the company via email and the refund was made 2 days later, on a Saturday no less. Excellent service!

It took FOREVER to start receiving the magazine, quite a bit longer than the \'estimated time\'. But it started arriving, thankfully. The customer service person responded right away with a relative time frame. I will definitely consider this website in my future magazine subscription needs.

2 out of 2 people found this review helpful It has been nearly two months since I placed my order, and I have received no communication, nor the magazine subscription I ordered. Dotcommags was, however, very quick to charge my credit card. I would not order through them again.

I have had only positive experiences with DotComMags! The price is great and they start delivery much quicker than other magazine sites!! Customer service if first rate!! I will order from them again, I\'m sure!!
