On receiving the product the first time, the case was damaged / broken. I called customer support and talked with a rep named Matt. He was friendly and very helpful. He instucted me to return the damaged product and it was replaced promtly with a damage free product. Overall a very efficient and friendly staff that made the on-line purchase experience a smooth transaction.

Not only was the price the best I could find but when I contacted the customer service dept. they were friendly and knowledgable about all of their products. I would definitely use them again to purchase items for my pc needs. They also stated that free S&H would take 7-10 days for delivery but my product arrived in 3 business days!!

I was a little skeptical about buying software at dms\'s prices, not know what I would get. I ordered a copy of Photoshop CS4 full edition and paid for 2nd day shipping, thinking that I\'d just as soon get bad news quicker. My software arrived in 2 days exactly as ordered. I couldn\'t have been more pleased. In fact, I quickly ordered two more software items with ground shipment, that coincidentally also arrived in 2 days - go figure. I will buy from these folks again.
