Second, item a carrier took almost two weeks and was very poorly packaged. I then noticed that the first item shipped from Florida and the second from California. Of course, they charged me twice for shipping! If they retail products they should stock the products that they represent and ship them together in a timely manner. In the future I will just purchase locally.

They had the best price & selection on certain pet accessories. I had to return both items for a different size. I was not offered an advance-replacement. Instead I had to ship the items back at my own expense and pay for the items a second time. Then, I had to wait for a credit. This process was a bit awkward, but the shipping is fast and they have everything in stock.

South Paw Pet Supply has an adorable and practical assortment of pet items. I bought two beautiful blankets for Christmas gifts to cat owners. They arrived on time and met all expectations. Also, I really love the feature that allows a purchaser to designate a pet charity for a donation of part of the purchase price.

I love the dog sweater. It's beautiful, quite thick and warm, and looks great on my dog. Plus it's certified fair trade, so I can feel good about where the money is going. My only qualification is about the delivery time. It was over two weeks before the product was shipped. Apparently this was the fault of the supplier, ChillyDog, and not the fault of SouthPaw. SouthPaw responded to my inquiries immediately and were most helpful in following up with ChillyDog to get the product shipped. ...
