I was surprised at how fast my order arrived - I didn\'t realize I wasn\'t too far from the shop but even so, they got it out the door quickly.

I was very satisfied with my purchase. The shipping rate was the cheapest that i found, as was the product. I received my product even faster then I thought i would and i like how artofhair kept my update on where my product was and what they were doing to sent it to me. Overall a very good experience, will be ordering from them again, and telling friends and family about them too!

I recently placed my first order with The Art of Haircare. I was contacted the next day to clarify my order. The product arrived before expected. I received everything I ordered and a few nice samples of other products. One of the bottles leaked and when I contacted the company just to suggest they change their packaging, they quickly responded with an email and provided a replacement for the product that leaked. I had a very good experience with artofhaircare.com. The initial shipment of my order did not reach me. I called their customer service and they were very helpful in arranging a repeat shipment that had a better chance of success. The repeat shipment did in fact reach me and I am a very happy customer. If you see a product you like at Art of Hair Care, feel very comfortable ordering from them.
