The weak link I experienced when dealing with CPO was their customer service and shipping. The Website never got updated to alert me the product had been shipped and when I talked to customer service they had no clue when the product would ship. A week later the product showed up while I was on the phone asking for the status. Other than than everything was satisfactory.

After ordering, I noticed that I had been charged for shipping, despite the website stating that orders over $249 qualified for free shipping. I immediately emailed customer service. After five emails over six days, customer service finally responded, and refunded the shipping charge.

My purchase was back-ordered longer than I could wait and the order was canceled. This was not the fault of CPO.

The overall rating was 4, and that was mostly because of the deliver issues. The web site stated that the equipment was in stock and would ship in 2 -3 business days. While it was shipped free as indicated when I placed the order it was not shipped very quickly. I place the order at 6:32 AM on July 14, 2009 and received an email confirmation shortly afterwards. I actually recieved the Jet equipment today, July 29, 2009. It took 15 days (11 business days) to actually get the equipment in ...
