Product price remains steep and it\'s disappointing that no real deals are made no matter where you shop for the product. Hard to build loyalty at those prices or recommend to friends given the pricing. Still, I like the product and will use it as much as I can. No issues with ease of order and timely delivery. Nicely handled.

NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCTS...NO WORD....ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered products on 11/10/09. Items were to be shipped UPS ground 5-7 business days. It's been 8 business days. I phoned Luxury Parlor and was told the items are on backorder until approximately the 26th (Thanksgiving). YET NO ONE THOUGHT IT WAS NECESSARY TO CONTACT ME TO LET ME KNOW MY ORDER NEVER SHIPPED AND WAS NOT GOING TO SHIP UNTIL NEXT MONTH. There is no expidited shipping available so even when these products arrive 'back ...

Though the the top was tapped down, the product leaked a little bit. The liquid product I purchased is like GOLD because it\'s so expensive, so that was a bit upsetting. I would still consider buying from this vendor again. :)

luxuryparlor.com had the best price for Vichy Deodorant Roll-on Anti-perspirant , 48 Hour which is hard to find online and in the states. Ordering and delivery were easy and fast! Love this product!

I purchased a Mason Pearson popular hairbrush from luxuryparlor.com. They immediately notified me of availability and confirmed my order. They also notified me when the order had shipped. The delivery was earlier than expected and the product was as promised and at a good price compared with other merchants.
