I ordered a couple pair of sandals for my wife for our anniversary and being a guy, 3 days before the big day. Through a couple of e-mails, their shipping director Ryan got them out right away. Ordered on Monday got there Tuesday anniversary on Thursday, Time to spare and I\'m still a hero. Thanks to Ryan and all of you at Mauithings.com for the great service and reasonable price. Very helpful and friendly customer service - quick response. I realized after I placed my order that I had ordered the wrong size on one item. Sent an email to them and got a response almost immediately that it was no problem to change the order. When I received it, it was correct! Will continue to do business with this merchant!

This was an exceptional shopping experience! I haven't been able to get back to Hawaii in two years and my Locals sandals really needed to be replaced. I bought a pair for me and a friend, they arrived in less than a week and the communication throughout the process was excellent. Thank you!

Aloha, I recently ordered "Maui Babe" Browning Lotion from Mauithings.com. It was very easy completeing the order online, and I received the product within 5 days. Everything was packed nicely, and they included a few extra business cards. They also included a personal "Mahalo" on the invoice. That was a nice personal touch.
