I have placed three orders with Trimweaver in the past and for the first two orders, I was happy with the quality (plastic headbands, alligator hair clips, and ribbons) and even if when I ordered the wrong product, I didn\'t bother to return them because the price was low as it is. HOWEVER, with my 3rd order which I ordered mainly the appliqu�s. The quality was SO POOR (with some of them, severely defective) and I was very disappointed. I tried calling/emailing the vendor, but they would ...

My 1st order was excellent but there was an issue with the quality of my 2nd order. I could do nothing with those Grade A double prong alligator clips as it bent with the slightest amount of pressure. Customer service was nice about it and gave me the option to return it but it would have been pointless to do so considering the price

My order came quickly and in great condition. The refunded some of the shipping I originally paid, because it cost less to actually mail the item. I really appreciated that. no complaints about this vendor or their customer service. The only thing...the pricing for the item I bought was a bid misleading. Under price it says "As Low as $12.49" But I ended up paying $12.99 per pkg. because my quantity was not large enough. They should put qty 1-4 $12.99, 5+ $12.49 where they have "as low as..." ...
