Before I placed my order, I called Safety Cycle with a couple of questions. The sales person who answered the phone was very courteous and knowledgeable. Safety Cycle has the best price I have found on-line for Dahon folding bicycles. I appreciated being able to use my PayPal account, since I was unfamiliar with this seller when I made my purchase. I ordered 2 Dahon bikes (a Mu P8 and a Speed P8). Both arrived in Tennessee from California in 4 days. Safety Cycle shipped the morning ...

Fedex, took a while to deliver the bike to New Orleans. For some reason the bike was in Menphis (supposed to be delivered the day after) when it was sent back to California. It took an extra week for the bike to be delivered. I don\'t hold safetycycle.com responsible for that, everything went very smooth with them!

While the shipping was delayed for a considerable duration (due to the item not being in stock), after questioning (around week 3) where my product was the store employee apologized for the wait, told me that they were still waiting on the source company and that they would send me the newer model (a $50 difference) for free. I received the product two weeks later AND I was so happy I was patient. The Dahon bike is AMAZING, and it all worked out great! A++ for customer service especially because ...

Safetycycle.com had the right price and free shipping is always nice. having the bike at my front door in less then 5 days was excellent, i had expected it to take the full 7 days from the shipping date to get to my house so that was very surprising and it made me happy as an inter net customer. Thank You.

I would definately do business again with the store. The only glitch was that I requested that the rear wheel be set-up as a fixed gear and it was not done. I had to take the bike to a shop to get it accomplished and had to pay extra for the service. Overall I am very satisfied.

My only real complaint was communication. My order was on hold because the bike in stock was damaged and they wanted to get a new one, but I was never told this until I called to ask what the status was. I am totally pleased with my order, I just wish they\\'d been a bit proactive :)

bought one dahon bike for my wife and a short time later a second one for myself. delivery took 6-7 days to New York. Everything went very well and We are happy with the bikes.
