I was in the process of ordering the cherokee pants that were on sale. I was just about to press the submit button and they raised the price over $4.00 on each pair while i was in the checkout part of their website. Oviously i did\'t order from them and never will again. It also takes forever to receive the order.

This company will not communicate with you. You cannot contact them by phone and they won\'t answer e-mails. Good luck cancelling or finding anything out about an order. I ordered 8 separate uniforms, and they sent me 5 total pieces. That was over a month ago, and I have no idea what happened to the other pieces, and no way of finding out. I have challenged the charges with my credit card company, and they can\'t reach them either! I would suggest avoiding them at all costs.

I\\'ve tried to contact Allheart regarding an item I never received. They\\'ve ignored me for a month straight. They\\'ve lied about shipping time, blamed their vendor, and then just stopped all communication. Email is their only customer service channel and they rarely respond at all. Requests to cancel an order were ignored and charged anyway, and an expensive item was charged and never received. I had similar problems a while back?I should never have given them another chance. When I ordered the merchandise I could see that each item was in stock. After I placed the order I received an e-mail which said that they were temporarily on back order, that was the 13th of Feb. Apparently, they will ship it within 2-3 weeks of that date, which may be too late for me, and I may have to cancel the order.

AllHeart may have the largest online selection or scrubs and uniforms, and very good prices. However, buyers are not notified if an item is on back-order until after a purchase. Perhaps the most problematic part of dealing with AllHeart is that here is essentially no customer service. There are no phone numbers or IM access, any requests are handled by email. I honestly will never use or recommend your company to anyone. I will in fact discourage the use of it. I had placed an order twice. The first time it was out of stock. I never received an email telling me this, so I was just waiting to receive my item. When it never came. I tried contacting several times. I had received NO RESPONSE. I have ordered from this company before and had good results. How does this company not have even one stethoscochpe in stock? I tried to reach them by phone only to find I had to email them,which I have done for 2 weeks with no response. No more All Heart for me!!!

Excellent selection, pricing and communication. Personalization service a bonus. Would have rated all 5\\'s but items were on backorder. Previous order excellent as well.
