I purchased a desk chair for my 5 year old daughter that had to be pink! They were the only merchant who actually had the chair in stock. I received the chair, free shipping, VERY quickly. When my husband put it together, there was a piece missing. I emailed the company in regards to t his and received a phone call first thing in the morning. We spoke with Nat from the store and he was EXTREMELY helpful. He FedEx\'ed the part overnight and I received it by 9 am the next morning. However, it ...

HORRIBLE, rude customer service, insanely slow shipping, Worst online purchase experience I have had in the past 10+ years. Avoid this place like the plague!

I had never seen this furniture in a store, only through photos on line. When it arrived it was exactly what I had wanted. The quality was what I had expected. I spent quite a lot of time comparing prices and this merchant had the best overrall price when including item price, tax, and delivery charges. The furniture was delivered quickly and intact. I would definitely use this merchant for other purchases!

Didn\'t offer in-home delivery with set up in Delaware. Now I\'ve got a 700 lb. bunk bed in pieces on a palette in my garage that I\'ll have to pay someone to bring up to my kids\' room and assemble. I would have paid for the option to have it assembled at the time of delivery.

Although I was a little apprehensive about ordering furniture online, the experience I had with sendmetomyroom.com (Beds,Bunk & Lofts in CT) certainly alleviated that. When I am in need of additonal bedroom furniture I know where to go now. The delivery/set-up people were great. They set up the bunk beds quickly and were very polite and respectful.

Great customer care and speedy delivery of items. I gave them a 4 on delivery just because one of the items was damaged by FedEx freight while in transit. However, the company is going to ship me a replacement. I was happy with their response and the fact that I was able to immediately able to get a hold of someone to determine how to handle the damaged item.

I just received my loft bed set for my boys and it's awesome!!! It arrived sooner than expected. Very high quality and for much less than I found on other sites. Easy to use website made ordering simple. Before ordering I spoke to customer service and they were very friendly but more importantly, totally knowledgable. I would absolutely recommend them to others. I can't thank you guys enough.
